Terms of sale and use

The short version: you buy a printable file, you use it for yourself, and if a file fails we make it right.

Who we are

Mimo sells printable planners and trackers (we call each one a mimo) through this website. Questions about anything on this page: hello@mimo.io.

What you're buying

A mimo is a digital file, usually a PDF in US Letter and A4 sizes. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page lists exactly what's inside before you buy.

How you may use it

• Print and use it as often as you like, in your own home or for your own business (My Shop Ledger in your own shop is fine).
• Use it on your own devices, for example in a note-taking app on your tablet.

Please don't resell, share, upload or give away the files, or pass them off as your own work. If someone you know would like a mimo, send them to the shop. The designs stay ours.

Paying

Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page. Checkout is handled by Stripe on its own secure page; we never see your full card number.

Getting your files

After payment you're sent straight to a private download page. Download your files and keep them; the link is for you, so please don't share it. If you lose it, email us from the address you used at checkout and we'll send it again.

Refunds

If a file fails or isn't as described, we'll refund you within 14 days of purchase. The details are on the refunds page.

Health and money mimos

A mimo helps you write things down. It isn't medical, financial or legal advice. For health questions, follow your doctor's instructions.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. The terms that applied when you bought still apply to that purchase.
